Preventive Maintenance Plan

We are pleased to offer Haas customers a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program carried out by our Haas factory-certified service engineers. Protect your Haas investment and maximize your productivity by utilizing locally available Haas factory-certified professionals to keep your machine in the best possible condition. Essential items addressed at every preventative inspection are listed in the Preventive Maintenance Inspection Items.

Typical inspection items are noted HERE. Preventive maintenance plans are available for all Haas machines. Additional service, repairs, and parts for repairs are scheduled with the HFO and are subject to standard service rates. The Preventive Maintenance Service provides a list of necessary repairs and possible parts needed for future maintenance.

On-Site Machine Orientation and Operator Training
As part of every new machine installation, your HFO provides on-site machine orientation and operator training. Contact us for more information and to request an outline of the topics and procedures covered during this training.

Classroom Training
HFO Anaheim provides Operator and Programming training for Lathes and Mills throughout the year. For more information about upcoming training opportunities, contact our Applications Department at (714) 517-8080

Custom Training
In addition to our regularly scheduled Haas operator and programming classes offered at our Anaheim location, we offer custom training that can be provided at your facility or ours. Advanced Training Courses
Reduce costly setup time with the Haas Wireless Intuitive Probing System (WIPS). Our comprehensive Advanced Probing Course is a step-by-step graphical instruction on how to setup part & tool probing cycles. Another invaluable addition to our HFO Advanced Training Suite is Custom Macros Programming. The purpose of this extensive course is to make you aware what Macros are, how to develop them, and how to use them effectively.

FREE Haas Training Every First and Third Friday each month, from 9AM to 4PM.

ON-THE-SHELF PART AVAILABILITY

We stock an extensive inventory of service and maintenance parts for quick access. In addition, Haas Automation, Inc. based out of Oxnard will ship a needed replacement part the same day it’s ordered – 99% of the time.

PLATINUM ONE-CALL

Our Platinum One-Call policy provides expert service and a dependable, immediate response to keep your machines running. We’ve built an elite crew of service technicians who focus exclusively on Haas machines showing up at your door in fully stocked HFO service vehicles.

NEW MACHINE INSTALLATION

New Haas machines are always installed by our Haas Certified Service Technicians at no extra charge.

PART EXCHANGE PROGRAM

We offer an attractive core-rebate program that covers most major parts and components. In most cases, we will refund a portion of the cost for a new part once the old part has been returned. Additionally, Haas believes that reasonably priced replacement parts are a big part of a machine’s overall true value.
